Mayfield Garden

The largest private garden in NSW. The timing of this visit in late May wasn't ideal as most leaves had fallen, however even in their dullest period, an array of colour was still to be seen. The walk around the garden is peaceful with plenty of areas to stop and cleanse your mind. A highlight was the Hedge Maze, where you had to navigate yourself to the centre tower; a fun yet challenging task! I can only imagine how the garden would shine in spring when new growth breaks through. Revisiting during this period is definitely on the list.
